Dawn Rutledge, Executive Director
Dawn Rutledge is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Center for Living Well. She is a certified personal trainer, master Holy Yoga instructor, certified Thai yoga massage practitioner, Pilates instructor, and a licensed Am I Hungry? mindful eating workshop facilitator. She successfully owned and operated Curves Ahwatukee for over seven years where she helped to empower more than 4,000 women to take charge of their health by teaching them how to strengthen their bodies, manage their weight, and improve their overall health and wellness.
Dawn's life was transformed in 2005 as a student of Holy Yoga when she discovered the power of fully integrating her faith into her yoga practice. Soon after, she became a certified Holy Yoga instructor. Through that practice, God revealed a plan to use her experience to offer wellness and healing through faith based wellness programs. These programs are woven together in a tapestry only God could provide that combines Dawn's faith, fitness and yoga experience, mindful eating and weight management experience, and passion to help others achieve true wellness.
Dawn serves within the Christ Centered Yoga Ministry and is on the CONNECT Women's Ministry Leadership Team at Mountain Park Community Church. She received the 2007 Palo Verde "Business Woman of the Year" award for her outstanding business ethics and dedication to community service while she was the owner of Curves Ahwatukee. She lives in Ahwatukee with her husband Gavin and four children Gavin Thomas, Kalie, Hannah, and Aidan.
