The Center for Living Well provides a variety of services that focus on whole-person wellness, fully integrating the heart, spirit, mind, and body.
Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program - These workshops teach eating fearlessly, overcoming disordered eating, nutrition, finding balance, and establishing a healthy relationship with food and body.
Bible Study - We provide weekly classes studying books of the Bible, people of the Bible, Bible history, and spiritual disciplines.
Holy Yoga - Through combining yoga poses, worship music, Bible verses, and Christian meditation, these classes help you feel connected to Christ as you feel connected to your own body.
Home Life Revolution - Relationships are key to living well, so these classes focus on making relationships healthy and strong; topics include marriage, parenting, boundaries, communication, and intimacy.
Living Well - We provide classes that emphasize mindsets and skills that people need to live healthy and well; topics include mindful living, healthy body image, trauma recovery, anger management, and overcoming bad habits and destructive beliefs.
Retreats - Our retreats are opportunities for people to get away, unplug from the stress of life, and connect with Christ and others. Through a combination of classes, workshops, fellowship, and worship, you will leave this weekend experience feeling renewed and whole.
Thai Assisted "Yogasage" - Thai Assisted "Yogasage" combines elements of both yoga and massage, using assisted stretching, range of motion, and massage techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and create length and spaciousness in the body. Using yoga body mechanics and postures ensures that every technique "feels good to give" and "feels good to receive."
