It was a treat to be welcomed into your group and fully participate in such an amazing weekend. I am grateful to my friend Lynda for suggesting that I come along at the last minute and to my husband (who has done yoga for over 20 years) who whisked me out the door with his prized yoga mat. I live in the central corridor and am determined to check out Living Streams church and integrate Holy Yoga into my life as part of my personal spiritual journey. Wow...what a amazing weekend. I can't believe how much opportunity was provided for change and acceptance. I feel closer to God, which is an awesome feeling having him close to me, teaching me understanding, transparency, acceptance and love. I am so glad that I got to go to the Face Down on Your Mat yoga retreat. You wouldn't believe how yummy and healthy the food was. I'm still dreaming about the couscous combination - mmmm! The team of instructors were all top notch... AMAZING. I am so blessed to have access to these yoga teachers. They change my world. If you haven't been to the mountains in Oracle, I encourage you to go. Wow! The landscape is so beautiful that conversations with God are like breathing. I had such an amazing weekend. The spiritual connection I experienced at COD Ranch was life changing. The team at The Living Well Retreats openly showed us how to be transparent and humble. I cannot wait to go back. These women are hungry for Jesus and I love it. ~ Matthew Prentice
